Mr. Al Maskiry is a global business executive who is renowned for his ability to develop and introduce new business strategies and operational solutions using his extensive experience in leading and managing complex organisations. He possesses a deep understanding of operational excellence and has a proven track record in successfully building and operating successful businesses in the Middle East and SE Asia. He understands what it takes to design, build and run operations at the national and multinational level.
Mr. Al Maskiry has over 25 years' experience in executive management, with a particular interest in operations, maintenance and business management.
He has worked across a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Utilities, Resources and the Public Sector, and regularly consults and advises at CEO and Board level. He established Ajyal HR Solutions in 2006 and has been managing the business since its inception. Prior to this he was was General Manager Operations of Haya Water (Oman Wastewater Services Company). Mr Al Maskiry also previously headed up Maintenance and Integrity at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). He has extensive experience leading large organizations and managing diverse groups of people. He has a proven track record in defining and delivering superior business process solutions and possesses a distinguished record in managing, motivating and retaining talent.
Mr. Al-Maskiry has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Plymouth, UK, a qualified HSE Auditor and Competency Assessor.
Mr. Al Maskary is an executive business leader and Human Resources Specialist with a distinguished career in designing and building complex Talent solutions across a wide range of industries. He possesses deep expertise in Human Resources in technical environments as well as understanding the complexities of sourcing talent at a local, regional and multinational level. He has specialised in the last 12 years in the Human Resources area and possesses expertise across the full Talent Management Cycle.
Mr. Al Maskary has more than 21 years of experience and expertise in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Mining with a focus in people development solutions and professional accreditation and is a sought-after specialist presenter at Universities and Colleges.
He is a part owner of Ajyal HR Solutions and plays a key role in shaping the direction of the Human Resources industry in the region through his proven track record in people development, succession planning & establishing structured development systems with external accreditation. Prior to this, he was Head of Staff Planning and Development at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). He has executive Human Resources leadership experience through his role as Human Resources Director at the Omani Qatari Telecommunication company (Nawras), Human Resources Strategic Manager for Vale and HR Director at Oman Sail.
Mr. Al Maskary has a graduate degree from the UK and is accredited in professional development with 6 major UK Engineering Institutions. He has been a Board member of the Oman Society of Engineers, Secretary of the Staff Committee in Petroleum Development Oman and a member of Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) HR Implementation committee.
Ms. Cubero is a Human Resources professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex HR solutions for clients locally, regionally and internationally. She possesses unique experience through her experience with global companies and international talent sourcing organisations. Her core duties and responsibilities at Ajyal are to provide solution-based approach to all HR-related client requirements, drive HR projects and ensure successful delivery whilst meeting clients' business needs. She has been delivering and managing various assessment projects with many organisations. She is also highly experienced in delivering feedback/coaching sessions, having a natural ability to understand, empathize and transform individual and team career performance.
Ms. Cubero has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and and has expertise across the full life-cycle of Talent Management which extends from work in S.E Asia to the Middle East with various global companies. She possesses a unique combination of proven experience, deep expertise and extensive academic qualifications and accreditations which make her a sought after HR professional in multiple industries in the region. She currently heads up Ajyal's Assessment & Development & HR Consulting departments and plays a key role in maintaining client relationships and delivering client projects of various scales.
Ms. Cubero graduated Cum Laude from a recognized University in the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. She also holds numerous professional accreditations and qualifications, some of which include Associate CIPD, APIL-certified Assessor, Advanced Hogan Certified Assessor, Assessor Training Skills certified, certified in Assessment and Development Centre Design and Implementation; BPS Certificate of Occupational Testing Level A & B through Cambridge University, and certificates of test use for other leading Personality and Ability tests.
Ms. Leema is a recruitment professional with 16 years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, and Bulk Hiring for ramp up, Diversity Hiring, Vendor Management, managing end to end account specific leadership hiring to building new teams. Her core competence lies in the field of HR in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Vendor Management across multiple industries.
Ms. Leema has multiple years of experience in Service Delivery Operations and transitions. Her key strengths lie in organizational management and building efficiencies in systems and procedures that form the foundation of back-office operations. She has experience working with large teams, and has successfully supported transition of processes from their region of origin which includes Asia pacific region. Proficient in managing frontline teams including training, performance management and mentoring at work. Deftness in giving direction to the overall process operations and attaining the pre-designated service level in real time and at regular intervals bases on predetermined metrics.

Ms. Aman Al Zeidi is Ajyal's full-time Training Coordinator providing the full range of services associated with the management and delivery of specific learning solutions.
Ms. Aman Al Zeidi, has operational responsibility for marketing Ajyal's Training products & Services and coordinates the design and development of training curriculum design with vendors and key clients. Provides the logistical and operational support to ensure that Ajyal's training interventions are operated efficiently and effectively.
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, specializing in Applied Nuclear Science.
