The Project: Evaluating and Screening the Applicants for Senior Management Positions at Muscat Municipality
Overview of the Project
The Muscat Municipality aims to develop its internal and external working environment as part of its future vision and strategic objectives. To realise this objective, Muscat Municipality have advertised (8) specialized senior management positions in order to attract some qualified talents from within or outside Muscat Municipality who can support the organisation in meeting its objectives.
Ajyal have supported the Municipality in this project by delivering a best practice approach to talent sourcing and selection, utilizing its comprehensive understanding of the local environment and its highly innovative recruitment consultancy services.
The phases of the project include:
- Screening and initial shortlisting of applications
- Competency-based Interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Provide final shortlist for each position for Muscat Municipality’s final interview
- Recommendations to Muscat Municipality management
Ajyal have carefully identified and recommended the best candidates who could potentially make a difference in moving forward Muscat Municipality’s strategic objectives; candidates who understand the different challenges currently faced by the municipality and have the innovative and visionary approach to attaining its objectives.
