Mr. Al Maskiry has over 25 years’ experience in executive management, with a particular interest in operations, maintenance, and business management.
He has worked across a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Utilities, Resources and the Public Sector, and regularly consults and advises at the CEO and Board level. He established Ajyal HR Solutions in 2006 and has been managing the business since its inception.
Prior to this he was General Manager Operations of Haya Water, led Maintenance and Integrity at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), and has extensive experience leading large organisations and managing diverse groups of people. He has a proven track record in defining and delivering superior business process solutions and possesses a distinguished record in managing, motivating, and retaining talent.
Mr. Al-Maskiry has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Plymouth, UK.

Mr. Al Maskary has more than 21 years of experience and expertise in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Mining with a focus in people development solutions and professional accreditation and is a sought-after specialist presenter at Universities and Colleges.
He is a part owner of Ajyal HR Solutions and plays a key role in shaping the direction of the Human Resources industry in the region through his proven track record in people development, succession planning & establishing structured development systems with external accreditation.
Prior to this, he was Head of Staff Planning and Development at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). He has executive Human Resources leadership experience through his role as Human Resources Director at the Omani Qatari Telecommunication company (Nawras), Human Resources Strategic Manager for Vale, and HR Director at Oman Sail.
Mr. Al Maskary has a graduate degree from the UK and is accredited in professional development with 6 major UK Engineering Institutions. He has been a Board member of the Oman Society of Engineers, Secretary of the Staff Committee in Petroleum Development Oman, and a member of Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) HR Implementation committee.

She helps clients by providing a solution-based approach to HR-related requirements, drive HR projects, and ensure successful delivery whilst meeting clients’ business needs. She has been delivering and managing various assessment projects with many organisations and is experienced in delivering coaching sessions through her natural ability to understand, empathise, and transform individual and team career performance.
Ms. Cubero has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has expertise across the full life cycle of Talent Management which extends from work in SE Asia to the Middle East with various global companies. She possesses a unique combination of proven experience and extensive academic qualifications and accreditations which make her a sought-after HR professional in multiple industries in the region. She plays a key role in maintaining client relationships and delivering client projects of various scales.
Ms. Cubero graduated Cum Laude from a recognised University in the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. She also holds numerous professional accreditations and qualifications, some of which include Associate CIPD, APIL-certified Assessor, Advanced Hogan Certified Assessor, Assessor Training Skills certified, certified in Assessment and Development Centre Design and Implementation; BPS Certificate of Occupational Testing Level A & B through Cambridge University, and certificates of test use for other leading Personality and Ability tests.
Ms. Aman Al Zeidi is Ajyal’s Training Manager providing the full range of services associated with the management and delivery of specific learning solutions to clients.
Ms. Aman Al Zeidi, is responsible for marketing Ajyal’s training products and services and coordinates the design and development of training curriculum design with vendors and key clients. She provides the logistical and operational support to ensure that training interventions are operated efficiently and effectively.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, specialising in Applied Nuclear Science.
