This intermediate level qualification is developed to meet the needs of people professionals that are in management level and higher, it’s main focus is developing a deeper understanding of how to lead and expand the people management function within an organization.

Materials are delivered through three modules over 15 days. Students will be assessed through sumbitting assignments (no examinations).

Upon Successfully completing the course you will receive a certificate and become an Associate Member of the CIPD and be able to add Assoc. CIPD after your name.
