CIPD Level 3 Also known as Foundation Level, provides a solid grounding in Human Resources and Learning and Development for individuals with no or little experience in Human Resources.
This program covers in-depth all core areas of HR and L&D including :
people practice, principles of analytics , Business Culture & change in context and Core behaviours for people professionals.

It consists of three modules that will be delivered over 15 days and will be assessed through completing assignments, attending training days and keeping up with the professional development records.

On successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate and become an Associate Member of the CIPD and be able to add Assoc. CIPD after your name.
